SUBMIT CREATIVES WITH ADDESK
With AdDesk, advertisers manage any file type (print, digital, marketing, etc...) and checks all files against your specs — files arrive ready to go with no issues.
Our integration receives orders from Elan Ad in real-time. For orders with customer submitted creative, AdDesk automatically sends an email notification with a link to upload creatives and ad information. With a single click in an email, advertisers can submit their files in AdDesk and be on their way.
REAL-TIME CROP & PLACE
Once submitted, "press-ready" files can be manipulated to ensure they fit the space defined by Elan Ad. With the ability to view safe, bleed and trim marks on screen, advertisers can easily place their files and make sure they look they way they should.
EVERYTHING IN ELAN. AUTOMATICALLY.
With files submitted and pre-flighted through AdDesk, press-ready files are delivered automatically to Elan Ad. Ad previews, comments, and any order information provided by the advertiser are also delivered to Elan for access by order entry and CRM users. It's a seamless integration that improves communication across all departments and makes life easier for your most valuable asset -- your customers.
LAYOUT SYSTEM INTEGRATION
With Breeze Layout, users see all ads and editorial in one place. On-screen notifications present potential issues along the way. Placement requests come directly from Elan Ad. Breeze Layout manages competitive placement issues, and other business rules that you can easily define.
LIVE ISSUE MAPS IN ELAN AD
With the layout complete, Breeze delivers the issue map directly to Elan Ad so Sales staff can view their ads in the issue as it's coming together. Finance can also review ad placement in Elan Ad to confirm placement, pricing, and other order details are correct.
