Impoze.AI is a publication planning and ad layout tool that has everything you need to replace Managing Editor’s ALS or AdForce software. Since it’s cloud-based, there’s no software to install; use your favorite web browser or a lightweight app and you are on your way. BACKGROUND
We are very familiar with ALS and AdForce. When Managing Editor first started, we were the first company to package it as a part of our solution for newspapers and magazines publishers. We helped define the functional requirements needed to improve efficiency. In 2016 we determined we needed our own planning and layout tool to better integrate with Breeze Ad Ops and PageHub. We brought in layout and planning guru Jeff Parnau to guide the way. Jeff created the original desktop layout and planning system called Impoze. Working together we’ve built what Jeff and our customers say is one awesome piece of technology. We named it Impoze.AI as a nod to Jeff’s accomplishments and AI for the level of efficiency it delivers.
PRICING SET UP AND TRAINING
Impoze.AI is competitively priced to meet the budgets of large and small businesses. Set up and configuration generally takes one to two business days depending on the number of seats involved. Seats are concurrent-use, meaning one license can be used by one user at a time. There is no restriction on how many total users there are.
Rather than a formal training session we offer a high-level review, showing how the system works, covering key features and benefits. We then put you in control of the mouse, walking you through publication set up and overseeing users as they produce a layout. Finally, we produce the InDesign® files and PDF map. Last, we schedule follow up Q&A sessions in which we answer questions on some of the more advanced features.
SUPPORT AND DATA SECURITY
Impoze.AI runs in Amazon’s high-availability environment. It’s fast, secure and reliable. Your layouts and configurations are backed up nightly. Technical support during normal business hours is included in the monthly service fee. After hours emergency support is also available for a fee.
